I find it's easy to slip into the idea that I should be doing lots of things all the time. But I am starting to feel my age and I need to remember to take time out more frequently than I used to. In a way it's good that the weather has suddenly turned wet. I don't feel I'm wasting good weather by having a few quiet days.
